The 8 February 2024 update to WatchGuard Cloud included a feature that enabled cloud-managed access points to generate incidents in ThreatSync. Since this update, some accounts cannot change or configure device settings in ThreatSync. If this issue affects your account, when you try to configure or change ThreatSync device settings, a Could not complete the requested action error appears on the Device Settings page.
For affected accounts, no workaround exists at this time. Customers who previously configured ThreatSync device settings or who do not see this warning message are unaffected.
