Issue
In WatchGuard Cloud, when you use either the Upgrade Firmware link on the Device Settings page or the three-dot More Options menu on the Firmware Upgrades page to try to upgrade an individual FireCluster, you see this message: No devices have a firmware upgrade available
Workaround/Solution
This issue is revolved in WatchGuard Cloud release 29 February 2024. To workaround this issue, upgrade the FireCluster from the account level: In Account Manager, select the account name instead of a FireCluster.Select Configure > Devices.Select Firmware Upgrades.Click Upgrade Firmware.Select the Firmware Version to upgrade to.Select the FireClusters to upgrade.
