Description:
Issue
After an upgrade to Fireware v12.9.2, a wireless Firebox loses functionality on the 5 GHz radio.
Workaround/Solution
This occurs due to incorrect auto channel selection in certain regions. To workaround the issue: In the Firebox wireless configuration (Network > Wireless), make sure the correct country operation is set in the radio settings. In Policy Manager, you can click Download to make sure you have the latest country specification.For the 5 GHz band, from the Channel drop-down list, select a manual channel applicable to your region. Save the configuration to the Firebox.
