AP225W does not connect to Wi-Fi Cloud after reset to factory-default settings

Description:

Issue

If you reset an AP225W that runs firmware v13.0.0-67 or higher to factory-default settings, the access point cannot reconnect to Wi-Fi Cloud.

Workaround/Solution

From the AP CLI, you must use the command "legacy set server discovery" to manually set the Wi-Fi Cloud server to your Manage server address. For example: mwm-wg11001.watchguard.cloudwifi.comFor information on how to connect to the Wi-Fi Cloud access point with the CLI, contact WatchGuard Support.
