Description:

Issue

When a user does not respond to an AuthPoint Push notification, the log message that indicates the Push was not answered does not appear until the Push times out. This could be many hours after the Push notification was originally sent. Log messages include this information but do not show the time of the original Push notification: Reason: Push not answered.Error: 201.045.017 - The push was not answered by any device.

Workaround/Solution

No workaround exists at this time. If you know the request ID and timestamp from the push timeout audit log message, WatchGuard Support can retrieve details of the related authentication event.
