Description:

Issue

When a user locks a computer with the AuthPoint agent for macOS installed, the system might not fully unlock afterwards. This leaves the user on a black screen that only shows the mouse, and no actions can be taken. This only happens when users lock a computer, not when they log in.

Workaround/Solution

No workaround exists at this time. We recommend that you restart the computer and log in as normal.
