All VPN policies are displayed as disabled if the VPN has been disabled and then re-enabled on the Settings tab on the Network > IPSec VPN > Rules and Settings page.

Description:
All VPN policies are displayed as disabled if the VPN has been disabled and then re-enabled on the Settings tab on the Network > IPSec VPN > Rules and Settings page. Disabling and then re-enabling the Enable VPN setting on the Settings tab on the Network > IPSec VPN > Rules and Settings page results in all VPN policies being shown as disabled.
