A VPN tunnel goes down and cannot establish after adding an advanced IPv6 address for X1. Occurs when configuring X1 and X0 on an NSv and a remote NSv with one IPv6 address, then creating an IPv6 site to site VPN, bound to X1. After the VPN is established, add the NSv advanced IPv6 address for X1.
